Domain is ranchmgr.net

When I type "https://ranchmgr.net/default.aspx" OR "https://ranchmgr.net" -- I get sent to a page with the words 'Coming Soon' - Which I didn't create

When I type "http://ranchmgr.net", "I get sent to a page with my intro title and an image - which I did create, from that page, I click on the image and I'm sent to my login page (http://ranchmgr.net/default.aspx) however it's not a secure login (there is no https prefix)

So what I need it to do is:  when a user types in (or is sent there by another browser) the start page is https://ranchmgr.net, after clicking the entrance image, I want the system to go to the login page which is supposed to be https://ranchmgr.net/default.aspx

Any suggestions are appreciated.
