Hi check out this site: www.ve3d.com , they have a feature where users can comment on the news stories posted.  This is done in asp as my friend works for the site but cant give me the code.  Anyone know how this is done?  I'd like to do it on my site.

You could use something like

PHPNuke or Graymatter

If you search on www.google.com , you should find their homepages, and examples.
