After several contacts with the support team I can still not solve the problem: my homepage cannot be displayed. And this has tormented
me for more than  a week.
Each time I want to open my URL, I get this Message to see:

Error Type:
Active Server Pages, ASP 0126 (0x80004005)
The include file 'char.asp' was not found.
Inc/Const.Asp, line 109

Which expert of you can give me advices? What should I do?

I have had problems with include files when they are not in the same directory as the asp calling the file. Try putting the "char.asp" in the same directory as the page that is calling for it.
