Cpanel Access
« on: March 26, 2016, 04:54:15 PM »
This has nothing to do with actually running Cpanel - just trying to access it.

When I try to log ito Cpanel (from https://account.lunarpages.com/control_panel.php) I get this error message
Template::Exception:
[TYPE]=[file]
[INFO]=[/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/lp3/home/dashboard.min.css: No such file or directory]

Just a reminder for anyone reading this thread: Lunarpages is using at least two different control panels on its Linux shared servers. Older servers still have cPanel, while in recent years new servers have gotten LPCP. Note that many ignorant people refer to any control panel as "cpanel", when in fact that is a specific brand of control panel! That's like referring to any facial tissue as "Kleenex". Please know which control panel your server is using, and post in the correct board (cPanel or LPCP, or possibly others for Windows). Windows servers, and VPS/cloud or dedicated servers may be using yet other control panels.
