New here, not sure if this is a Cpanel problem or what. But I have been exchanging e-mails with support and have gotten no where to fixing the problem.

All I want to do is to ADD two domain names that I have PAID for...

I keep receiving various errors.. and still I am unable to access the
domains with the web browser.

I follow the instructions and the faq for add-on domains and still nothing.

Any help... this is really frustrating..

Could you please provide the names of the domains? Once you provide the domains, people can check and see the error messages anyway, but what errors did you receive exactly?
