Just wondering, I have a phpBB forum setup at one of my site and I want to duplicate the exact same forum with the exact same users.

I did the Backup from site 1 and then I did the Restore in site 2. When the whole process finished, I can see that it used up 1 MySQL database with the same database name and everything.

How do I access this forum now? Where did it restore the files to?

Would I have to do the Restore and then manually setup phpBB and point it to that database?

Thanks in advance everyone.

If you went from Cpanel to Cpanel it should be a dupilicate.... so try what site one had for a url.. but replacing site ones domain name with the second one.

if cPanel says you have used up your 1 database then it looks like it got setup properley.  If you want to see how things changed in your directory structure go to your file manager in cpanel and see whats changed.

I would also reccommend going to the url of your original site on this domain.  Dont forget to change your phpbb settings to match up to you lunarpages account.
