Hope this is the right place to post this question. In cPanel I see 2 icons for creating backups. One is called Backups and the other is called Backup Wizard. They seem to offer the same functionality. Can anyone tell me if there's a difference? I design  WordPress-based sites and want my customers to be able to use this functionality so want to be sure I'm pointing them to the right icon. Thanks!

In essence, both are backup options for your cPanel account. The documentation in the link below for each should make it more clear for you.

Hm, your posted question has a nice theme that makes me curious about it. The two icons are generally perform the same functions. You wanted to know about the differences between them. I guess there is no enough difference to keep thyself in a reverse pole.

The Backups area provides a basic interface for downloading and storing all or some of the website’s files, databases, forwarders and filters. This tool may be useful for more experienced users who wish to expedite the backup process. The full backup will include your home directory, databases, email forwarders, and filters. The backup script includes SSL support. This isn't necessary if you run the script on the server for which you're generating the backup; but the SSL support is very important if you're running the script somewhere else to connect to your cPanel hosting account.
