I'm having a problem when I go into file manager. Usually all my websites are on the right in the window and I select a website and then upload files. Now its blank....but only on the computer I use to build my webpages. I can go to another computer and everything is where it's supposed to be. Very hard to figure out. I just have a small 4" by 4" window on the right with nothing in it.

any ideas would be appreciated

Hello,

What browser you're using ? If you have another browser on that computer you should try and see if this problem exists there as well. If the cPanel File Manager works with a different browser you should try clearing the cache of the browser and make sure that javascript is enabled and no addons are blocking something related to this specific page. Also if you can get a screenshot of what you see there it might be helpful explaining the issue.

Login to your hosting account's cPanel, and then click on the icon for the File Manager. One time doing so ought to take you right in to the File Manager interface. In case you have used any FTP programs historically, this format may be familiar for you. If not, let me report how to move around the File Manager.
