If the Cpanel issue has been resolved, why can't I login?

In order to more fully assist with a login issue, please provide the exact url you are using as there are many different ones available.  Also, please provide the exact error message.

Each of the following are legitimate login urls and it is difficult to know which one you might be using without this being explicitly provided:

https://login.server.lunarpages.com/ (port 80, secure, replace server with your server's name)
http://server.lunarpages.com/cpanel (replace server with your server's name)
http://server.lunarpages.com:2082/ (replace server with your server's name)
https://server.lunarpages.com:2083/ (secure, replace server with your server's name)

http://domain.com/cpanel (replace domain.com with your domain's name)
http://domain.com:2082/ (replace domain.com with your domain's name)
https://domain.com:2083/ (secure, replace domain.com with your domain's name)

http://lunarpages.com/login.php/ (this redirects to https://lunarpages.com/login.cgi then to https://login.server.lunarpages.com/ which is the first one listed above; if you have issues with this url page, use https://login.server.lunarpages.com/ as it is the final destination url anyway).

Have a Blessed Day

I started using the http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel login. When that failed, I tried all the other options noted on the lunarpages home page and none of them worked.
Now I am able once again to login to cpanel, but I am still finding that none of the Email addresses I've setup on cpanel  work.

Okay, this is really aggravating. I just logged into cpanel using the http://color-cut.com/cpanel access. I delete the non-working email accounts and logged out planning to log back in and set up some new ones.

Guess what? After several failed login attempts, I got back in to cpanel and setup a new email account. When I try to login to the account using Horde, it fails to recognize the username and password.

Is there some downtime between the "account created" message from cpanel and one's ability to access it? Is anybody else having this problem? Grr..!!

Are you using the full email address as the username?

Is there a way to turn off all access to cPanel other than through https on port 2083? I'd feel better about it security-wise if it were so.
