I have tried all the alternative ways to login to CPanel, and I still get a DNS error using each method. I don't have this problem with other pages, my website on Kupio works fine, but I can't get to CPanel. It has been like this since about 2 pm MDT. Fails with IE 6.0 and Mozilla 1.7 browsers.

I'm also having problems getting cpanel. I have a firewall, and have opened up all noted ports. This seems to be a recent problem - I could access it just fine last week.

Once again I am having this problem. It was 'resolved' by restarting the server as per an email I received from tech support the other day. Oh well, off to open a new trouble ticket

Me too... when trying to login to cpanel with Netscape 7.1, I get an invalid certificate error.

Same here, can't get into Cpanel on Kupio, I don't get any errors, the page just refuses to load, is any thing being done to fix it?

emt036 (or anybody else getting that "certificate" error), you will need to delete the current certificate and reinstall the new one (when prompted by accessing the URL again). That will then get the login working. I had to do that when our server got switched to SAN (or whichever one of the service thingys they did anyway )

P.S. I best give you the instructions, cuz Netscape 7.1 has it kinda hidden so it's hard to find:
Netscape 7.1 users:
1) Click "Edit", "Preferences" 2) Click the triangle or Double-click "Privacy & Security" to expand the index 3) Click "Certificates" 4) Click "Manage Certificates" 5) Click the "Authorities" tab and scroll down and delete the "server.lunarpages.com" certificate.
FireFox users:
1) Click on "Tools", "Options", "Advanced" 2) Scroll down and click on "Manage Certificates" 3) Click on the "Authorities" tab, scroll down to "unknown" and delete the "server.lunarpages.com" certificate
Internet Explorer 6.0 users:
1) Click "Tools", "Internet Options" 2) Click on the "Content" tab 3) Click on the "Certificates" button 4) Click on the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab 5) Scroll down and "Remove" the "server.lunarpages.com" certificate (this is listed alphabetically, so look for your servername)
NOTE to all: "server" will be the servername you are on at LP.
Once you delete the old certificate, login to cPanel and reinstall the certificate when prompted. Then "bookmark" it so in future you don't have to login manually again.
