I"ve responded to your support ticket.

I'm goign to post the body of it in here for others reference:

A quick google shows that your not the only one with this error:
http://www.gamingforums.com/showthread.php?s=8ebe98e6131675525e98ed4064be37fb&p=1160812#post1160812

http://simplemu.onlineroleplay.com/board2k/UltraBoard.cgi?action=Read&BID=6&TID=63&SID=15914

It may be a virus on your system.

To test connectivity try the following:

Start -> Run -> "cmd"

Type in : "ftp rskod.com"

If you are presented with a user: prompt then you have a connection to the server and there is something wrong with your FTP client.

You may want to try an alternative like www.flashfxp.com 's client.

On a side note - did you reinstall XP home over itself? I was fixing a computer the other day and did this - it totally messed up the TCP/IP registries. Had to do some registry hacks in order to get things working again. There is a known issue with XP home corrupting itself when you install it on top of XP home.

Here's something interesting ...

http://zelter.lunarpages.com/~rskod02/

brings up the Internal Server Error page, but:

http://zelter.lunarpages.com/~rskod02/images

brings up the directory of all the files in that folder, so it looks like that URL works, but can't access your "index.php" via the server/username path method.

P.S. You'll want to turn your "indexing" off via the cPanel's "Index Manager" so people can't grab your files when typing out your URL (any folder that doesn't have an "index" file will do that if you don't turn off your indexing).  I just tried it to see if your server/username URL path was correct.

PHP files won't work on a temporary URL such as http://zelter.lunarpages.com/~rskod02/
