I"ve responded to your support ticket.
I'm goign to post the body of it in here for others reference:
A quick google shows that your not the only one with this error:
http://www.gamingforums.com/showthread.php?s=8ebe98e6131675525e98ed4064be37fb&p=1160812#post1160812http://simplemu.onlineroleplay.com/board2k/UltraBoard.cgi?action=Read&BID=6&TID=63&SID=15914It may be a virus on your system.
To test connectivity try the following:
Start -> Run -> "cmd"
Type in : "ftp rskod.com"
If you are presented with a user: prompt then you have a connection to the server and there is something wrong with your FTP client.
You may want to try an alternative like
www.flashfxp.com 's client.

On a side note - did you reinstall XP home over itself? I was fixing a computer the other day and did this - it totally messed up the TCP/IP registries. Had to do some registry hacks in order to get things working again. There is a known issue with XP home corrupting itself when you install it on top of XP home.
