I realize that this has been addressed before - I remember reading something about the CPanel statistics box being glitchy, which is why it claims that my disk usage is 0.00 mb and my available space is 800.00 mb.  What I'd like to find out is if there's any place else that I can get accurate information.  I understand that I can check under "disk usage" in CPanel, but unless I missed it, it doesn't provide any totals.  So do I need to add up all the numbers in the column to find out exactly where I'm at?

Hi Jibaku,

Yes, you would need to add them up, but you can select to view the top folders (rather than the breakdown of them) and get a much higher level view which will make it much easier to add them.

I hope this helps.

Hi
My cPanel shows me that I have a disk usage of 526 Megabytes, and when I go to Disk Usage and ask to show the top level, it shows me that in "mail" there's a disk usage of 441 Meg.

But if I go to the "Mail Manager Main Menu", then "Add/Remove Accounts", and then ask for the "Show Disk Space Used" then I get that one of my accounts has a disk usage of 185 Meg, the rest are 0 or 0.01

Why is there so much difference between one and another?
