Okay, I can not access my control panel through domain.com/cpanel. It says my domain is not found.  I registered the domain with Lunar, it's not up...  Does it take awhile for Lunarpages to actually get a domain registrared through them up and running? Could this possibly be a DNS problem? If so, how can I fix this?

Have you received confirmation with LP yet? It takes 24-72 hours for a domain to propogate globally, and that is out of any web host's control.

Until your domain is ready, you can use:
https://YourServername.lunarpages.com:2083/ to access cPanel.
