l can access to every folder with ftp but cant access to public_html/

however l do access with out any problem like folders public_html/folder1 , folder2 etc.


how can l access to publich_html/   because that is my main site but never can access with ftp ?

What permission does your public_html have? I think that 750 is the standard. Normally, your FTP is configured to put you in its parent directory (/home/ACCOUNT)... is your FTP trying to open up directly into /home/ACCOUNT/public_html? If both of those check out, open a support ticket and ask what's going on. Have you tried other FTP clients? Maybe there's something different about the one you are using that doesn't play well with LP servers.

just created new ftp account using / at directory box and works alright now , l can access to all now  Bouncin for Joy
