I am trying to add Google text in my DNS When i go to my control panel I go to file manager  then public html then index html i put in there the Google text then when i go back to Google they say that they can't verify me can some one please help me with this

What are you trying to do?
If you really need to change the DNS entry you will need to open a support ticket, but a DNS change is really only needed for things like using Google to host your domain email, or doing a parked domain.
Most things google simply needs to find a file named something like google93846chd847235.html (or whatever google says). For that, go to the file manager -> public_html and choose create a new file, then name it what google asks for.
