Hey guys! I'm a Web manager for Transport Canada.

Hi Mitch,

I'm a current member of Lunarpages (web.claudster.net).

I just purchased www.clyderayson.net from Lunarpages.

I would like to POINT the new www.clyderayson.net TO http://sites.google.com/site/clyderayson/home.

In Google, I have already added the new URL (www.clyderayson.net) in the Web Address Mapping section.

I think I read that only "you" can make this change in the CPANEL section.

Can you proceed or advise otherwise.

Thanks in advance.

Claude

Here are the instructions from Google:

Once you've completed the steps above, follow these instructions:

1- Sign in to your domain registrar.
2- Navigate to your DNS Management page. The location and name of this page varies by host, but can generally be found in the Domain Management or Advanced Settings section.
3 - Find the CNAME settings and in the section 'CNAME value or alias,' enter the subdomain you'd like to map the URL to. The subdomain for www.example.com would be example.com.
4 - Set the CNAME destination to the following address: ghs.google.com
5 - Save changes with your domain host.

its very easy to redirect you web page through a cPanel.
Follow these steps:-

Log into your cPanel, and look for "Redirects" under Site Management
Put in the current directory into the first box
Put the new directory in the second box
Choose the type (temporary or permanent)
 Click "Add" and you're done!

To remove it, just choose on the same screen to remove it and you're good as gold! It's just that easy!

There are a lot of javascripts available for domain forwarding. You may use it too.
