how long does it take for the webalizer and analogue stats to update in the cpanel?

my guess is every twelve hours from the times that I see traffic changes.

thanks.

They usually update once a day or whenever the server is idle enough. The raw access logs are more up to date and can be downloaded then viewed with a stats program including your own copy of webalizer.

My Bandwidth numbers haven't been updated since 7/22.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Is that problem in Webalizer or cpanel? I'm asking for clarification because I had a similar issue with cpanel back in May. This went on for about ten days. I finally put in a call, and one of the Sr. techs manually updated it.

If your stats have not been updated in Cpanel, as in not changed in many days on the report.  Then that would be more of a Cpanel problem.  If it is the Webalizer or AWstats, etc.  that would be a problem with that stats software alone.

If your bandwidth is not updating on a regular basis, I would suggest putting in a trouble ticket asking... 1. when it is supposed to update... 2. if they know that <server your on> isn't updating sence <last time it updated>.
