I have tried all of the links suggested here, but my registration is not changed over yet, so none work. How do I access my account when the login on the home page is showing "Network Status:
Danzig is rebooting, services will be available shortly"

I'm frustrated. This is the first time I've tried to access and can't find any suitable info.

I'd appreciate any help.

We just signed up last night for Voyager and have yet to be able to access our control panel.   Grr..!!   We signed up here because of their "wonderful uptime".  I am very disappointed.

Oh no! I've searched so many hosts and this one seemed like it had it together. I am so disappointed.

I'm not part of the LP staff, but what seems to be the problem exactly. When you enter the username and password on the login page what happens? Does it time out, tell you the username/password is incorrect, or ??

Also, have you reported the problems to support@lunarpages.com? The support staff try to comb through the forums when possible, but since this isn't "official" support, things sometimes get overlooked...

Also, I know that there were some ddos against one of the servers earlier today which caused some access problems. I don't think that is related to this issue though, but it might be possible.

Hi Marc,

When I enter username and password, it brings me to a page that gives info on getting support with a button for control panel. When I click that button, I get the typical web page "The page cannot be displayed" message.

Needless to say, my biggest concern stems from wondering if this is happening with their log-in page, would it also mean that my site would be down right now?

Okay, after clicking on that button I get a warning about a SSL certificate that the name on the certificate does not match the name of the site (because it is redirecting to a specific server rather than the www. address I believe.) If I reject that certificate, I can't go any further. So, is it possible your browser is set to block that SSL leading to the connection problem? Sometimes the settings can just automatically reject them without prompting you, so it might be going on in the background.

Right now my guess is that it has something to do with that certificate...

Could it be something to do with Norton?  If so, any idea what setting I need to change?

Hi, i just got my account up and going to.  It's on the Europa server.  After some searching cause I know there was something up with Cpanel some days ago, I found this thread, which helped me:

http://www.lunarforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17627

It gives you alternative addresses to login to your Cpanel.  Hope that helps! Very Happy

P.S.: I'm not staff either.

You should get an automated response at least from support giving you the ticket number and website where you can track it.

Wow... I'm up to spacescooter operator now Smile  Basically they are "ranks" assigned based on the number of posts made to the forums... there's a list of them in one of the forums somewhere, but I can't remember where...

From my understanding, the cpanel login can be down without the site being down. Do you know what server your site is on? Also, do you know if the domain name has propogated through the nameservers yet? That shouldn't have an impact on your ability to log into cpanel, but could keep your site from being accessible right away...

I just tried lowering my Browser security to the lowest and wiping the temporary files and cookies etc.   No change. I don't get the same security message that you get though.

I did get the automated response and have been monitoring it. So far, nothing.

If this keeps up, I will be rocket star by morning in rank. Smile

The server is Europa. The domain name is not propogated yet. I don't want to make the registration transfer until the files etc. are set up. Want to keep old host running to avoid downtime as much as possible.

We get lots of email and use web site alot. Can't afford to have it down for up to 3 days.
