Hi,

On downloading my sql backups via phpMyAdmin I am noticing alot of this text \r\n and alot of backslashes \\ throughout the backups sql file download.

Can someone please tell me when I go into EXPORT to download a backup, what boxes I should be checking or unchecking in Options, Structure & Data to remove the \r\n and \\ and to ensure that my backups work if needed to upload again.

I have uploaded some of these files back up to test and the \r\n is there alot throughout the text in my website pages etc.

Just wanted to add when I download via CPanel> Backups > Download a MySQL Database Backup it does not work for me, It seems to download, but when I unzip it says 0kb file.
.

Thank you  Very Happy

Heya SJ !  Mmm Coffee

We'd be more than happy to look into your backup issue via cPanel for your databases. You can either send me a PM via the forums or submit a ticket via support@lunarpages.com or http://support.lunarpages.com with your username / primary domain and the exact database(s) you're trying to download.

Thanks.

If you provide the information here than it will be better for me also. Because I also have the same problem. I also want to take back up of it but not able to do it. Its showing me error message. What I am doing wrong I don't know.
