Please clarify what you're looking for. "cPanel" is a commercial product (trade name), not a generic name. It's not clear to me whether you're trying to access your LunarPages site from a PC running Ubuntu (in which case the included Firefox browser is sufficient), or you're running a server on a Ubuntu system as a "sandbox", and want a control panel for it. In the latter case, what LAMPP stack are you using, and does it include any sort of GUI to control your server? There are some discussions on this site about running LAMPP/XAMPP/WAMPP installations (I seem to recall that they're on the PHP and MySQL board) -- I'd read through those to see if anyone has suggested a good useful control panel. I haven't played with a LAMPP installation in a long time, and have forgotten whether there was any GUI, and if so, how good it was. Since Ubuntu on a PC (for that matter, any OS or server stack) should never be used for a non-professionally managed live server exposed to the wild, I don't know how much effort anyone has put into writing a good control panel for it.
