If you are still experiencing issues, for this particular issue you may want to contact support via email at support@lunarpages.com or via support.lunarpages.com.

You will want to include the exact changes that you made, your primary domain name, and:

1.)  Your geographic location
2.)  Your ISP
3.)  Your IP Address (can be obtained at http://www.whatismyip.com/)
4.)  If applicable, a url we can use to test ( please include username and password if required)

.:|Traceroute|:.
A traceroute doing the following:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I yourdomain.com and hit enter

.:|NSlookup|:.
An NSlookup doing the following:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomain.com and hit enter

We can then look into this issue further.

Hello,

If this happens is usually because you've entered wrong passwords multiple times in a password protected area or you're trying to access closed ports on the server. Providing your IP address along with all he details to support@lunarpages.com should speed up the process of getting your IP unblocked as soon as possible because this is related to our firewalls that we have in place which help protecting our servers from abuse.  Very Happy

-Marian.
