I set up a bunch of redirects last week so I could redo my site. A couple days ago, I removed them. Yesterday, I found that the redirects were back in place, so I went into the cPanel and removed them all again. Today, they're back! How do I stop these rogue redirects from returning?? Each time I removed them, I checked, and they were definitely removed.

Wait a minute. Could this have anything to do with the .htaccess file I keep uploading after I downloaded it last week?

Could be. The redirects (whether made manually or via cPanel) are in the .htaccess file. Compare .htaccess before and after changing redirects.

use .HTaccess file

You have to use yours manually redirect with this file. That works
