I have set up six subdomains, each redirecting to my main domain. All of them resolve if I use the format SUBDOMAIN.MYDOMAIN.COM, however only two of them resolve if I use the format MYDOMAIN.COM/SUBDOMAIN.

I set each one up the same way in CPanel so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Please help!

What error did you get exactly? The second URL format should work since subdomains are essentially subfolders. Did you check the file structure to see if those subdomain folders exist? Also, linux servers are case-sensitive when it comes to folder/file names. If you still have trouble, please post links to the problem subdomains for better assistance.
