Is it possible to update your webpage without having to reset or making a new counter each time?  If so, how do you do it?

Sure you can, just paste the counter's code to the new webpage you're going to use. Just copye the tag that begins like this one: <img src="/cgi-sys/Count.cgi? .... >

The  ...  part changes according to the counter and settings you are using with it.
