Is it possible to download files/folders using cPanel? I tried File Manager but only saw an option to upload files.

Currently, my desktop only has access to the net with dial-up. I can use broadband wirelessly with my ipaq. I have been able to download big files using a link before. I don't have an FTP client on it. I need to get a folder that is outside public_html. However, if necessary, i guess i could copy it there temporarily to download it with my ipaq's browser.

Any suggestions?

Just in case the ipaq pocket pc thing throws people off, let's keep it simple. Is it possible to download files to any computer, using cPanel?

only thing I can think of is to download a full site backup and then pick the files you want out of it.
