You have reached the maximum of allowed MySQL databases. Fantastico can not proceed with installations until you upgrade your account or reduce the number of used databases (for example by uninstalling a script).

But I don't want to pay for an extra database, they are far to expensive compared to the overall cost of the package.

Just a useless addition to make us pay more !

These are all available to download and install with your existing database.

There have been work arounds posted to have Fantasico scripts run from one database.

Do a search on the forum for databases.  Also the helpdesk has a work around posted that was mentioned in one of the threads on databases.

Hi Visitor,

I apologize if you don't like the Fantastico addition, but it isn't required to make you pay more since you aren't required to use it and aren't being charged for it.  That certainly might make it useless to someone that doesn't want to use it of course, but that doesn't make it useless to everyone.

As for the workaround, the suggestion at http://helpdesk.lunarpages.com/faq.php?do=article&articleid=215 on how to do this is easier than manually installing each of those scripts since you still get a regular installation and have backups that would be restored.  We have provided this to help people, and you can either manually install a new script, use the above tutorial, buy an extra database, or not use the product.  Plenty of choices. Smile

Thanks

I thought it was something someone could use, but you provided nothing that most people cant use. A lot of peoples databases are far too large to restore..

Usles addition !

If it is useless to you don't use it.  It isn't useless to everyone else because it is useless to you.  I don't use databases at all on my sites, but that doesn't mean they are useless to everyone else who uses Lunarpages services.
