Author Topic: Why doesn't my cpanel for ftp show "add new ftp account"?  (Read 842 times)

Ahoy.

When I go the the page to manage ftp accounts, it shows that none have been created, and there is no button or link to create one!

Help, and thanks.

If we really are talking about Cpanel, it should be there. If it is not, that is an error and should be reported to support@lunarpages.com. If we are talking about Windows and Plesk, Plesk only comes with one FTP account. You have to create Web Users to get around that limitation.
