I was wondering if there is a way to have the Wysiwyg html editor in File Manager edit .php files and not just the html files

Hi gamesug,

There are a lot of editors that don't handle wysiwyg for php, and the Cpanel one is relatively limited.  I would instead suggest doing an online search to find a decent scripting and markup editor than the one in Cpanel.

Also, Cpanel creates and maintains the interface.  You could go to their forum to post the suggestion:

We cannot change the editor, only they can do that.

Thanks.
