Dedicated 'Support' where is it?

Where is your 365/24/7 dedicated support?

I have had a ticket waiting for well over 24 hours without any response.
As I am based in the UK tried phoning UK support on 0800-072-9150 and was told the number is not valid, call US support on 1-877-586-2772 and put on hold for over 20 minutes on two occasions forced to give up as wasting money waiting for you, also finding your 1-714-521-8150 was also invalid I am left wondering are you serious about supporting your customers?
At the very least you need to update the numbers given on your site as they are of no use to anyone if they are unmanned or not even valid numbers.

Would be really nice if someone from LP could give out an explanation on what's happening lately with support.

Well, this morning I managed to contact an answering machine to leave a message, I guess that's one link further up the evoultionary chain and goes to show there is no weekend support.
Still no reply to my support ticket

My understanding is that telephone support (with a live person on the other end) is ONLY during weekday normal business hours. However, support via email (tickets) is supposed to be 24/7. Given that, I still am hearing more and more complaints about slow response times.

Thanks MrPhil, perhaps the web elves need to update their support page to clarify actual availability of minimal support as well as remove the phone numbers that do not work.

I am in the same boat. No update to my tickets and the last week the support has been awful. The only way I have got support is through calling them from Australia. I am now on the phone waiting on hold. It's been 14 minutes so far.

I can not ftp. I can not work on my site. What's going on!
