SMART HDD warnings and Support Service is missing.

We have a dedicated server. On 26 Jan. received the first HDD S.M.A.R.T. warning.
We quickly opened a ticket. The answer was on an average time and got some options to resolve the issue.
After answer On 27 Jan. to migrate another server nothing have been done.
I keep receiving S.M.A.R.T. warnings but the migration or any communication from Support isn't done.
PLEASE, can anybody from Lunarpages do anything about it? PLEASE!!!!!

Your ticket, Ticket #3872358, should be responded to if it hasn't already as soon as a dedicated server tech gets to it. Please note that the forums are not means of providing official support. As a dedicated client you should have access to  24 hour chat and phone support as well as the regular email support.

Sure, but if nobody answer you what would you do.

Ps.  Monday and migration keep missing.  Payment done some days ago.

I have checked Ticket #3872358 and am seeing multiple replies over several days by our support techs. Are you not getting those replies. If you access the helpdesk you should see the information in that ticket.

Thank you MichaelT, I'm checking everything and and I'll close and reply those questios.

New server have new tickets with S.M.A.R.T. warnings again with a new HDD.
Also, WHM and Cpanel are inaccesible.

All were working almost fine (except email system) on last friday. On weekend we didn't made any change on server.
Today, right now are 9:26 am in Spain, we were going to close all those but it is not the best situation.
