1. When I clicked on Helpdesk tring to create a ticket (I was logged into the account.lunarpages.com, i.e. from my account page to helpdesk
https://account.lunarpages.com/network_status.php) it lead me to a login page (
https://support.lunarpages.com/login), it should not be that way.
2. Well, I am currently on a dedicated plan and I am tring to get another plan with a simple and single purpose: my personal blog. I'd like to get that $2.95 plan

but... on the link on account page - sort of "Need another hosting account?" - it gives a list of plans except the $2.95 plan which is on the LP homepage.
and...
3. Question 3 brings another question: when it says another account, does it mean if I get another additional plan, I's need another account? or a single account can go through all my plans at LP? I noticed the design of the Customer Account Page seems for a single account. What if I have two dedicated servers and somehow a $2.95 plan at the same time?
