I know thits is not the place for this issue, but im feeling really bad. I have a dedicated server with lunarpages and yesterday my server almost reach his bandwith limit. I was trying to get a extra temporal bandwith but some bug in the panel dont allow me to do it, so today i get a extra 250 gb bandwidth, even when this feature is pretty expensive. Anyway, i recieve a mail telling me that my server pass his limit bandwith and lp billing me for 18 dls the extra bandwith that i used.. well, the server a least was up again, but now, 4 hours later, the server is down again and i recieve a e-mail telling me that my account is suspended, but i already pay more bandwith, the server is paid, the extra ram.. everything.
This is really frustrating, the extra bw that i dificult paid, i will not use it, im losing visitors, money, this is the best day of the week for my sites.. and now, im here, waiting the answer of the support.. wich usually takes 12-24 hours, of course, thats a lot of lost money for me.. Im sad, hope somebody help me, maybe there is a chat for talk with the support.. or maybe someone of the support read this..

Like i said, i know this is not the place for this, but im getting tired.. really tired.. My account was suspended for 2 hours or so and now i recieve another e-mail (yep, i havent recieve answer of support yet, but billing..) billing me for 22 dls, for extra bandwidth issues.. and yes, i havent even use 40 of the 250 gb that i paid for extra bandwith. Second time of this day that billing make this incredible error for extra bandwith issues. Sure there is a point of paid 250 gb of extra badwidth, but here doesnt matter, becouse tomorrow i will have to paiy again and the server will be suspended 2 times, at least, until someone of the support answer me. This is frustrating, im losing my money, my visitors and my high expectations about lp..

Hi Jimadorxt,
I believe your issue should be fixed now after your conversation with a dedicated admin during this evening as well as I see 250 gigs of additional temporary bandwidth added to your account for this month. Since your dedicated server consumes more bandwidth than it comes with the plan each month, you would consider purchasing additional memory pack which will expand the available bandwidth for your server at less costs than it would be a purchase temporary traffic each month.

Hi, thx for your replay, but not, the server was offline again and you have billing me again, for another 10 dls. This is really sad and really disapoint and even, the support replay me asking me my last four digits of my credit card before make something. How many times i will be charged with extra money, (even if i still have bandwith left), before you stop this?. I hope you give back that money (3 unfair charges), and what you say is right, the extra bandwith is pretty expensive (anyway I have paid additional monthly bandwith, no temporary bandwith) so the next month i will make everything neccesary to not reach the limit again.. of course, if i continue here. Like a webmaster, like a customer, like someone who difficult pay his monthlys billings here, this is something really hard, also, seeing my sites offline again and again just for this issue..

Hello,
My apologizes for this issue. I had one of our developer to check into this issue with incorrect suspensions for bandwidt overuse and I hope it should be fixed now as he sorted out a few things. Can you please send me a private message with or provide your ticket number here so I could get the 3 incorrect charges for overusing traffic to be refunded to you.
