Am thinking to move to a dedicated server because the support of the shared hosting is not what a support must be.
Dedicated servers have live support or is jsut the same ?

Hello,

There is no live support for dedicated plans, but there are dedicated phone support for dedicated customers as well as you get in touch with Lunarpages system administrators directly via dedicated support desk instead of going through all levels of support for the shared plans. Dedicated desk usually has less tickets on it and thus has much faster reply times as well.

Dedicated support is good. Had an issue with our server and they resolved it well.

Please read my recent post on the 9 Hour downtime. Dedicated support is as bad as shared hosting support, even when you're paying extra to get it monitored. We moved away two other servers from Lunar PAges in the last two years (and closed several shared hosting plans due to their poor support and unfair closures when we received a DOS attack).

Lunar Pages was great 4 years ago with actual live help and immediate replies to technical issues. Now, it's been 9 hours and our server's still apparently doing a FS check. There are several other hosting companies offering you better service for less.

As I tried to explain in your other post, the technicians do everything to get your server up and running. Filesystem check is not something that can be shorten out , if you are taken care about your data safety.
