Earlier this evening, I put in a support ticket because I had a subdomain that wasnt resolving. I got an answer that was not even close to good and I emailed back at 7:47 PM to tell them their solution wasnt working (fix it in CPanel..which I had tried already.) No answer back yet at 12:00 midnight.

About an hour later, my entire server goes down with both the ssh and httpd services failing. I cannot restart them in WHM and since I dont have shell access with the service not restarting, I cant even see my logs.

It's been an hour and 15 minutes now and I have paying members on me now. I havent even gotten a support response to my first ticket yet..4 and a half hours later.

First, the dedicated support site is taken away from me. Then, the support via email goes down the drain. I wonder how long I can continue to fool myself into paying for this every month.

Fix the problems.
