I have shared hosting plan now, and planning to bump up to dedicated hosting.  I was wondering if I should get "Managed Hosting Lite" or "Managed Hosting Intense" and is it worth the $40.  Comparing to the support from the shared hosting to dedicated ones, do I get more quick response with my tickets from support or is it just what it says here: http://www.lpdedicated.com/managed/

If any one can share the experience the subscription of "Managed Hosting Intense" would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! Smiling

Hello,

Managed Hosting Intense addon is exactly what is described on the page you mentioned. It costs more than Managed Hosting Lite addon as it included much more features, but more quickly response is not one of them. I would recommend it to those who does not have a lot of experience with Linux to maintain server security and script installations.

So I get there is no "Special Treatment" for intense plan hmmm.

Then, is there difference in speed of response between support@lunarpages.com and dedicated@lunarpages.com?

Yes it is. The dedicated desk has a priority and you are in contact with sysadmins directly there.
