Hello,

I have recently switched to dedicated server. I'm not sure is my mail server working properly, as installed from Lunarpages guys, and I'm not linux admin to fix this by myself so I need a hint.

I use VHCS2 for sites management and from VHCS2 I have created two email accounts for my domain. One account is forwarding messages to other email address, it works ok.

Other should be domain account, but when I try to send email to this account from other location I receive this kind of response:

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 10): 550 <email@address.goes.here>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

I have made some adjustments to your postfix configuration. Please try to create a test account and let me know if the issue still exists.

Nope, I still can't send email to this account, they gets rejected.

Please send a ticket to dedicated@lunarpages.com about this issue. This forum is not official support.  You would add the name of your server along with the name of mail account you are experiencing the issue with.
