What happened? I can't access my website: http://www.chinabuzz.net hosted on the dedicated server here, and http://support.lunarpages.com/.

Please help me check.

Hi,

The both URLs open just fine for me. So the problems appear to be related to your current location. Do they work for you, if you open them via a proxy, like https://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/ ?

Yes, I can open them with the proxy! It is China Great Firewall that blocks it!!! F@#$t it!

Hello,

Thanks for your post. It is possible that GFOC blocks your access. Please contact our dedicated support at dedicated@lunarpages.com and provide a traceroute to your domain.
If you still cannot access your domain using the above, then please provide a traceroute (instructions as follows):

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

We can then look into this issue further as to why you are still having issues accessing the site.
