Hi,

Remote rebooting addon provides you with ability to reboot your reserver remotely as many time as you need for $5 per month. If you purchase it, you will be able to reboot the server via CAP.

Hi,
I've been paying $5 for this option since more than a year ago. And I only found out today (when I needed to reboot my server) that it not enabled in my account.

Can I get a refund or some deduction to my next bill please? And can you actually enable this function since I've been paying since June 2008.

I emailed billing dept. and still waiting for their reply.
