Hello,

my dedicated server was moved today from Los Angeles to San Diego as planned.

http://support.lunarpages.com is not working from here and I have emailed them answering the email with ticket 1131051 and received no answer and no confirmation of reception of ticket for the last two hours, so I'm writing here.

Everything is working in my server except DNS.

I have followed the guide here:

http://www.lunarforums.com/lunarpages_dedicated_web_hosting/setting_up_private_nameserver_with_cpanel-t26132.0.html

Well, my domain (www.xtasis.org) is registered with LunarPages, so I don't know where I have to contact Lunarpages to change my nameservers.

I have accessed https://account.lunarpages.com/modify_domain.php and tried to modify the IPs for my nameserver, but I can only modify the nameservers that are the same (ns1.xtasis.org and ns2.xtasis.org).

Is there anything else that I should do?

Thanks for your help  Smiling

Well, they took two hours to answer, ok.

But I still need to know how to contact LunarPages to reconfigure my private nameservers because Lunarpages is my registar.

Thanks  Smiling

Hi Baraja,

Sorry to hear about the problems with accessing the support. Our support site got attacked and we had to put some filters to mitigate the attack. Did you try to follow the following howto about registering DNS servers:

http://www.lunarforums.com/lunarpages_dedicated_web_hosting/registering_private_nameservers-t27720.0.html

Since we are your register, follow the OpenSRS part in it. You need to use login and pass you specified on signup to login.
