Hello,

If you chose the Cpanel option, you can just have us transfer the site across for you, as the shared server ran Cpanel too.Or, you can login to Web Host Manager on your dedicated server, scroll down on the left hand side, select the option to copy an account from another server. You need to select the one which mentions copying an account with an account password.

You can also use FTP to upload your website as normal. If FTP on your new server isn't working, the service might just need to be started manually. FTP is included on the dedicated servers.

It really depends what control panel you are using. These forums aren't checked 24/7, so you might be better off e-mailing us, or using the live chat feature and we can give you a little help, just to get you up and running.
