I created a site in Dreamweaver and I'm following the Lunarpages tutorial, but when I use the put command, a file is created, but the html code isn't in the page. It acts like it would if I did not put in any code or if I typed code, but did not save the file. Can somebody tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Are you saving the file before you upload?

You create your pages, then save them. You then login to the server and upload your files. Is that what you are doing?

My cable Internet provider recently provided subscribers with a firewall/anti-virus download. I was doing everything right and knew I was doing everything right. I turned off the firewall and it allowed me to update files. I called their support and read all thier docs, but nothing fixes the problem. I just have to turn off the firewall when updating my site.
