I have a very large table, that I'd like to make the top row fixed and the left two columns fixed. Idea is for these ares to remain fixed while the veiw scrolls the table. Can't figure out how to do his.Using DreamweaverMX 2004.

So the table looks something like a spreadsheet, where the top row (column labels) scrolls left and right only, and the left column (row labels) scrolls up and down only, both coordinated with the general scrolling of the remaining block of columns and rows? It can be done with divs and Javascript code, but I doubt an old version of DW can do it for you. It might be possible to do this with frames, too, although I don't think you can coordinate scrolling among the three sections (i.e., they would scroll (or not) independently of each other). Is there an existing site that does this that you could point to, to see how they do it?

you should apply this code to the divs you want to make fixed they will stop moving along with the scroll

strip{ position: fixed;
