the site is http://www.thelastlullaby.com

the top banner with all the blog/social media info at the top is choppy and messed up looking in IE and Firefox but in Safari it looks perfect. I have tried putting cellpadding=0 and cellspacing=0 statements in all the slices but to no avail. someone please help!
