Can I add Agoracart to an addon domain through Cpanel?  (I want it to appear as www.domain.com/cart/agora.cgi. )  Or is my only option installing it manually and putting it in cgi-bin?

Are there any issues with obtaining an SSL cert for an addon (www.domain.com not www.addon.domain.com) or is it the same procedure as a standard domain?
