I'm using CubeCart on one of my websites and would like to try out Joomla & VirtueMart combination on another domain..

anyone know if they affect each other .. it's allowed, etc ..?

Should be able to, just make sure you install each in it's own directory and each has it's own MySQL user and database.   Thumbs Up
