I am running Cubecart 4 on my webiste nad have been for almost 2 years. Suddenly the server went into a tizzy and my account got suspened for over use of resources. I asked the CC people and tehy laughed and said there is no way cubecart could do that. My site has not beed hacked and the hit and bandwidth have not changed for months. Why suddenly would I get suspended like this? I have done every trick in the book to get the site to run as fast as possible. That means trimming DB calls, heavy img load and running it in cache mode to speed it up as well. I ahve about 1K products but get little search action so that isn't it. Anybody, anything?

Does any else have problem here at lunarpages?

One thing you might check into is are you using the most recent version of CubeCart.  It could be your version was exploited, and you might need to upgrade.

Yes, it is. I work very hard to keep it up and install ALL security updates immediately. I checked the logs and I was not hacked and the files were not exploited. CubeCart is one of the safest scripts anywhere. That's why I use it.

Any help would be great. Support took the day off yesterday I guess. 24 minutes a day 7 day a month. Must be nice.....

I'm just geting more and more pissed off and the hours go by. Seriously, why is there no one in support to talk to? Bad service is an understatement.
