I’m considering obtaining a personal SSL certificate and understand that requires a dedicated IP.  I read in another thread that LP doesn’t support PRT records on dedicated IPs.  Wouldn’t this present a problem with either SSL host verification or SMTP exchanges?

Yes SSL certs do require the use of a dedicated IP address.

No, this would not affect the SSL .
