I've figured out the first question I had, but simply need to delete this post.
Please do
not delete questions when you get an answer. That is extremely rude and makes a forum like this completely useless. The whole intent of a public forum is that people with questions can
search to see what has been asked before, and what the answers were. This is a great time saver, in not having to ask the same question (and worse, answer it) over and over and over and over. To delete an opening question leaves all the helpful replies totally useless, and a waste of other people's time to post and to read.
The only time you would want to edit an opening post is to remove or scrub sensitive information that you shouldn't have made public in the first place, or said something intemperate that you now regret, fix spelling or grammar, or clarify a question. You should never erase a question simply because you got an answer for it.
