I already have an SSL Certificate installed by lunarpages, but it is showing up as invalid, even though it is paid through this month. I need to get this problem resolved as ASAP as it is scaring customers away.
I have already submitted a ticket to the help desk and also talked to support on the phone. They asked me to send further information to
certificate@lunarpages.com but I may have misunderstood the address. I need find out what the correct address is. I spent an hour on the phone this morning waiting to be helped, I don't wish to spend another hour just to get the correct address. Can you provide me with the correct email address?
