I'm trying to get my logo on the paypal checkout page using a shared security certificate to avoid my customers seeing a non-secure warning.   As posted in other threads I've given paypal the address to the image:

         https://phi.myserver.com/~myacct_id/picture.jpg

The image shows but the non-secure warning is still present.   There are comments elsewhere that this "doesn't work" with php sites.

Does that mean my site or Paypals can't have php's?
What does "doesn't work" mean, the image won't show at all or the warning will still be there?

There are also (old) posts saying to enable hotlinking for Paypal via cpanel.  Alas, I have LPCP and don't see hotlink mentioned anywhere.

How do I enable hotlinking using LPCP?

With the image showing I feel I'm close but don't want to chase something that is unattainable.
Has anyone gotten the paypal image to show up using shared security?

thanks
